DO YOU COVER SHIPPING CHARGES?

We do not levy any shipping charge on the prepaid orders but there will be a handling charge of INR 100 on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Under normal conditions, the product will reach you within 6-8 business days. However, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Our delivery partners will try reaching out to you several times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure you add an alternate phone/mobile number in the shipping address while placing an order.
