Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We always hope that you love the items you bought from us. However, if you wish to refund or exchange your purchase from ato-alltabsopen.com please note the following:

 

  • Go to our returns section and fill in your order number (it's in the order confirmation email), the email address you used when you placed the order along with mobile number and let us know what you want to return/exchange and why. Kindly ensure to upload and send the images (at least 3 images) for us to analyse the condition of the product on Whatsapp.

 

  • Kindly note you can place the return/exchange request on the above link on the website post 48 hours of the delivery of the order.
  • Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 10 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Discounted products can only be exchanged once, honouring the discount of the original order.
  • We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of shipping charge. 
  • If you receive your goods damaged or worn, please email us at atocares.alltabsopen@gmail.com at your earliest convenience. Kindly ensure to make a video while receiving and opening the packet.
  • We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if loss is the result of an incorrect handling of the product.
  • Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Following products are not eligible for return:

  • Any item that has been worn or washed.
  • We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
  • A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
  • In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by ATO team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, ATO will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the ATO team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, ATO will not ship the product.

REFUNDS

How will I receive my refund?

  • Refund’s will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.
  • All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account/method.
All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request.
